Resin zipper and preparation process

The invention relates to the field of zippers, and particularly discloses a resin zipper and a preparation process, the resin zipper comprises the following raw materials by weight: 50-70 parts of polyformaldehyde resin, 18-35 parts of modified polyurethane resin, 1-3 parts of a coloring agent, 8-20 parts of light-resistant particles, 2-5 parts of a heat stabilizer, 5-15 parts of a filler, and 1.5-4 parts of a lubricant; the light-resistant particles comprise at least two of a hindered amine light stabilizer, o-hydroxybenzophenone and chitosan. The preparation process of the resin zipper comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the polyformaldehyde resin, the modified polyurethane resin, the coloring agent, the light-resistant particles, the heat stabilizer, the filler and the lubricant, performing injection molding, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the resin zipper.
