The titanium-rich corundum composite silicon carbide unburned brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0 to 10 percent of brown fused alumina of 5 to 3mm, 0 to 40 percent of brown fused alumina of 3 to 1mm, 0 to 25 percent of brown fused alumina of 1 to 0mm, 0 to 10 percent of titanium reinforced corundum of 5 to 3mm, 0 to 35 percent of titanium reinforced corundum of 3 to 1mm, 0 to 25 percent of titanium reinforced corundum of 1 to 0mm, 15 to 25 percent of titanium reinforced corundum of 200 to 325 meshes, 10 to 20 percent of silicon carbide of 200 to 325 meshes, 1 to 3 percent of silica fume and 5 to 8 percent of binding clay. And a binding agent accounting for 3-5% of the total weight of the raw materials is additionally added.
