The production line comprises a rack and a battery feeding mechanism, a first material taking and placing mechanism, a screening mechanism, a second material taking and placing mechanism, a battery box feeding mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a welding mechanism which are arranged on the rack, the battery feeding mechanism is arranged on the left side of the top of the rack, and the first material taking and placing mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack and located above the battery feeding mechanism; a screening mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack and located on the right side of the battery feeding mechanism, and a second material taking and placing mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack and located on the back side
