The invention discloses a method for determining a touch position, which can be used for determining the touch position of an external object on an effective touch area of a touch device. The effective touch area comprises a plurality of sub-touch areas, and at least one sub-touch area has an irregular shape. The touch position determination method comprises the following steps: acquiring a touch sensing signal generated by a touch operation at the current moment; determining the sub-touch area which generates the peak touch sensing signal and the adjacent sub-touch area as to-be-detected sub-touch areas, and acquiring positioning coordinate values corresponding to the to-be-detected sub-touch areas; and calculating the touch coordinate value of the actual touch position of the external object at the current moment according to the positioning coordinate value of each to-be-detected sub touch area and the corresponding touch sensing signal. The invention further discloses a touch device, electronic equipment
