Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide and metabolite residue detection in agricultural products, in particular to a method for rapidly determining 33 pesticide and metabolite residues in Qu fructus aurantii. According to the method, after a sample is extracted and purified by an improved QuEChERS method, GC-MS/MS analysis is performed in a multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and quantification is performed by an internal standard method. Under the optimized experiment condition, the linear relation of 33 determination substances in the range of 0.01-0.5 mg/L is good, and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) of the method is 0.02-0.1 mg/kg; under the standard addition levels of LOQ, 2.5 times of LOQ and 5 times of LOQ, the average recovery rates of other pesticides and metabolites except for phosphorus uptake-O and phosphorus uptake-S are all larger than 60%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is smaller than 17%.
