Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides application of a new gene CRK41 influencing microtubule depolymerization under salt stress. The CRK41 gene regulates gene expression of MPK3 and MPK6, an overexpression vector of the arabidopsis thaliana CRK41 gene is obtained through a gene engineering technology, an overexpression homozygous strain of arabidopsis thaliana is obtained accordingly, and a mutant purified strain of crk41 is obtained through screening and identification; the arabidopsis thaliana CRK41 gene is responsible for microtubule depolymerization triggered by salt stress, an MPK3/6 signal channel plays an important role in the arabidopsis thaliana CRK41 gene and is responsible for coordination of the signal channel for maintaining the stability of the microtubules, which is a key factor for endowing plants with salt stress resistance, and the arabidopsis thaliana CRK41 gene can be considered to have potential application value for improving the salt stress of the plants.
