The fusarium solani FIM-CS-66-69 with high yield of the cyclosporin A is obtained by screening through a normal-pressure and room-temperature plasma mutagenesis technology, the fusarium solani FIM-CS-66-69 can be used for fermenting high yield of the cyclosporin A, in a fermentation experiment, the titer of the fusarium solani FIM-CS-66-69 for producing the cyclosporin A through fermentation is up to 16551 mu g/mL, the yield of the cyclosporin A is greatly increased, the content of homologues is low, and the fusarium solani FIM-CS-66-69 has a good application prospect.
