Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for realizing arylation modification of a cysteine-containing polypeptide compound under micro-scale visible light/nickel catalysis. A homogeneous solution comprising a cysteine-containing polypeptide compound as shown in a formula 1, an arylation reagent as shown in a formula 2, an alkali additive, a nickel catalyst and a solvent is reacted in a micro-flow field reaction device with visible light, and the cysteine arylation modified product as shown in a formula 3 is obtained. The cheap metal catalyst and the low-toxicity solvent are used, the synthesis cost is reduced, the reaction is carried out at room temperature, visible light is used as an energy source, and the reaction conditions are green and environment-friendly. By adopting the micro-flow field reaction device, the reaction rate can be increased, the reaction time can be shortened, the operation is simple, the highest product yield can reach 95%, and the raw material recovery rate can reach 98%.
