Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a high-strength alloy cold-drawn wire for an aircraft fastener. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: taking return steel, chromium metal, a nickel plate, pure iron, manganese metal, molybdenum metal, pure titanium, aluminum metal, ferroboron and nickel-magnesium alloy as raw materials, and performing a smelting process through a vacuum induction furnace and a consumable electrode vacuum furnace to obtain a steel ingot; carrying out forging hot working and rolling hot working on the steel ingot to obtain a wire rod blank; and after the wire rod blank is subjected to solid solution, surface treatment and cold drawing machining, the high-strength alloy cold-drawn wire for the aircraft fastener is obtained.
