Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to one or more isolated aptamers directed against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and methods of use thereof. Certain embodiments of the invention relate to methods for detecting the presence, absence, or content of SARS-CoV-2 in a sample using one or more aptamers described herein.
