STRUCTURED PREMIXES AND LIQUID COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING SAME

Formulation of a structured premix by using a non-polymeric, crystalline, hydroxyl group-containing structuring agent and at least two non-ionic surfactants having a low HLB and a high HLB satisfies the need for a structured premix.
