Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a crystal device, a crystal oscillator and a crystal oscillator which can improve crystal impedance (CI) characteristics and reduce deterioration caused by vibration noise. This crystal device is provided with a susceptor (11) on which a blank (20a) is mounted in a package (10), the blank (20a) is bonded to a second pattern part (11a2), a second pattern part (11b2), a second pattern part (11c2), and a second pattern part (11d2) formed on the surface of the bottom surface of a recess at four points across the susceptor (11), and the planar area of the blank (20a) is 10-30% of the planar area of the package (10).
