The inductor unit is arranged on the surface of the first substrate and comprises at least one inductor element electrically connected with the chip, and the output capacitor unit is arranged on the side, away from the first substrate, of the inductor unit and comprises at least one output capacitor element electrically connected with the inductor unit.
