Comprising the steps that a bank customer service scene dialogue text is acquired, and the dialogue text comprises dialogue statements; performing vector conversion on dialogue statements in the dialogue text to obtain corresponding dialogue statement vectors, and performing density clustering on the dialogue statement vectors to obtain statement vector clusters; and obtaining a to-be-calibrated statement cluster according to the statement vector cluster, and labeling the to-be-calibrated statement cluster according to the semantics of the to-be-calibrated statement cluster.
