The water inlet end of the irrigation water diversion pipeline is communicated with the water inlet canal, the water inlet valve is connected to the water outlet end of the irrigation water diversion pipeline, and the detection module is integrated on the water inlet valve and used for detecting water level information and soil moisture information of a corresponding monitoring area.
