The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively mixing silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 20 microns, silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 5 microns, silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 10 microns, silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 50 microns and silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 80 microns to obtain composite powder; wherein the mass ratio of the silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 20 microns, the silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 5 microns, the silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 10 microns, the silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 50 microns and the silicon carbide powder with the median diameter of 80 microns is 150: (50-60): (50-60)
