The invention provides a cement adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cement adhesive comprises 40 to 60 wt% of Portland cement, 20 to 50 wt% of artificial porcelain sand, 3 to 5 wt% of a cement expanding agent, 2 to 10 wt% of silica powder and 2 to 5 wt% of a copper-plated steel fiber reinforced material. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cement adhesive, which comprises the following steps: premixing the Portland cement, the artificial porcelain sand, the cement expanding agent, the silica powder and the reinforced fiber according to the weight percentage to obtain a premix, then adding the water reducing agent, the anti-cracking agent and the defoaming agent, adding water, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold, removing the mold, and naturally curing. According to the invention, material selection is reasonable, the prepared cement adhesive has good fluidity, high mechanical properties and moderate elastic modulus, the potential alkali-aggregate react
