Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an active targeting and redox sensitive nano delivery carrier, the nano delivery carrier is obtained by modifying chitosan oligosaccharide with phenylboronic acid and gamma-polyglutamic acid, and a preparation method comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding an initiator into phenylboronic acid PBA and chitosan oligosaccharide COS for reaction to obtain PBA-COS; and (2) adding a cross-linking agent into the PBA-COS and gamma-polyglutamic acid (gamma-PGA), and then reacting to obtain the active targeting and redox sensitive nano delivery carrier PBA-COS/gamma-PGA. The nano-carrier is simple in preparation method, uniform in particle size distribution and stable in physicochemical property, the carrier is high in DOX encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity, responsive drug release in a simulated tumor microenvironment can be achieved, the targeting effect on liver cancer cells is achieved, potential toxicity is reduced, and the anti-tumor effect is improved.
