Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a solar cell metal electrode, a preparation method thereof and a solar cell. The preparation method of the solar cell metal electrode comprises the following steps: fixing a patterned mask made of a polymer material on the surface of a substrate, and depositing metal on the surface of the substrate to grow a metal electrode with a required shape on the surface of the substrate, thereby obtaining the solar cell metal electrode. The invention also provides the metal electrode prepared by the method. The invention further provides a solar cell comprising the metal electrode. The method is low in manufacturing cost, and the prepared electrode is high in conductivity, small in shading area and high in photoelectric conversion rate.
