Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for predicting purity of alpha-olefin refined by a dividing wall tower, which is characterized in that a prediction model for product purity of a first extraction channel and a second extraction channel of alpha-olefin components separated by the dividing wall tower is established by adopting a nonlinear regression algorithm on the basis of experimental data of alpha-olefin raw materials separated by the dividing wall tower. The change rule of the purity of the alpha-olefin refined by the dividing wall tower can be accurately grasped by selecting the key variables which have great influence on the product purity, and the calculation result has high accuracy. The invention further provides a dividing wall tower refined alpha-olefin purity prediction system and a data processing device. 本发明提出一种间壁塔精制α-烯烃纯度的预测方法,基于利用间壁塔分离α-烯烃原料的实验数据,采用非线性回归算法,建立间壁塔分离α-烯烃组分的第一采出通道和第二采出通道产品纯度的预测模型。通过选择对产品纯度影响较大的关键变量,能够准确把握间壁塔精制α-烯烃纯度的变化规律,其计算结果具有较高的准确度。本发明还提出一种间壁塔精制α-烯烃纯度预测系统和一种数据处理装置。
