Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel wire rope lay length and steel wire rope unevenness measuring method, which is specifically implemented according to the following steps: step 1, carrying out image acquisition along the central axis direction of a steel wire rope by using a digital camera, and processing the acquired image; 2, positioning the edge of the processed digital image; step 3, carrying out data acquisition on the image positioned in the step 2; and 4, respectively calculating the lay length and the unevenness of the steel wire rope by using the data obtained in the step 3. The lay length and the unevenness of the steel wire rope in the production or use process can be automatically monitored on line to meet the precision requirement.
