The molecular marker is 2BL-63 and is located on a 2B chromosome of wheat, the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3, the sequence length of the molecular marker is 421bp, and the molecular marker can be obtained by amplifying an upstream primer as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a downstream primer as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2.
