The acral melanoma diagnosis and treatment marker combination is composed of APOE and CD163. The tumor diagnosis and treatment marker combination can be used for preparing products for evaluating malignant degree of acra-type melanoma, predicting prognosis of patients and performing targeted treatment. Candidate gene combinations APOE and CD163 are screened by adopting high-throughput sequencing and a bioinformatics method, and an immunohistochemical experiment proves that the diagnosis and treatment marker combination has good correlation with the malignancy degree and prognosis of acra-type melanoma.
