The method comprises the following steps: preheating heavy oil as raw oil, carrying out visbreaking reaction at 360-460 DEG C for 5-40 minutes, and adding a hydrogen donor into a reaction system when the reaction is carried out to 1/4-1/2. The introduction mode of the hydrogen donor not only maintains reasonable visbreaking efficiency, but also inhibits unexpected condensation. The viscosity of the obtained product is greatly reduced, the product distribution is better, the stability is improved, and the subsequent catalytic hydrogenation or transportation performance can be obviously improved. 本发明涉及一种改善重油减黏裂化效率及产品分布的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:重油作为原料油经预热后,在360~460℃下减黏裂化反应5-40min,在反应进行到1/4-1/2时,向反应体系中添加供氢剂。该种供氢剂的引入方式既维持了合理的减黏裂化效率,又抑制了不期望的缩合。所得产品大幅降黏的同时,产品分布变好,稳定性提高,能显著改善后续催化加氢或者输运性能。
