Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free low-viscosity flame-retardant toughened epoxy resin material and a preparation method thereof, the resin material is formed by mixing a compound resin, a phosphate flame retardant and an amine curing agent, and the compound resin is composed of one or more epoxy resins and a thermoplastic resin. The adopted thermoplastic resin is high in mechanical property and good in compatibility with epoxy resin and dispersity, so that the defect that the epoxy resin is insufficient in toughness is overcome, and the thermoplastic resin has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, excellent in physical property, good in processing property, stable in storage, low in VOC content and the like and can serve as a main force bearing part to be used in the field of aerospace.
