Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an H5N1 subtype AIV MHC B1 restrictive T cell epitope peptide and an application thereof. The epitope peptide is shown as any one of SEQ ID NO.1-12. The invention further discloses an application of the H5N1 subtype AIV MHC B1 restrictive T cell epitope peptide. According to the invention, a B1 haplotype SPF duck is taken as a research object, H5N1AIV is taken as a model virus, and an animal model of H5N1AIV infection induced B1 haplotype duck cellular immune response is established. The H5N1AIV specific duck memory PBMC is used for screening the B1 haplotype duck MHC I type molecule restriction T cell epitopes, and conditions are provided for research and development of H5N1AIV epitope vaccines.
