Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an H5N1 subtype AIV MHC B1 restrictive T cell epitope peptide and an application thereof. The epitope peptide is shown as any one of SEQ ID NO.1-12. The invention further discloses an application of the H5N1 subtype AIV MHC B1 restrictive T cell epitope peptide. According to the invention, a B1 haplotype SPF duck is taken as a research object, H5N1AIV is taken as a model virus, and an animal model of H5N1AIV infection induced B1 haplotype duck cellular immune response is established.
