According to the preparation method, N, N-dialkyl-1, 3-dichloropropane and phosphorothioate are used as raw materials, acetonitrile is used as a solvent under the alkaline condition, and the nereistom compound is prepared through a substitution reaction. The method has the advantages of mild conditions, easily available raw materials and simple operation.
