Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of novel core cladding material manufacturing, and particularly relates to welding brazing filler metal suitable for a SiC composite material. The Ni-Cr-Hf alloy comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of Ni, 30-35% of Cr and 5-15% of Hf. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing each component element according to the brazing filler metal proportion, and uniformly mixing; 2) uniformly coating brazing filler metal between the end plug and the cladding; (3) the brazing filler metal is heated, all elements are melted, and alloying is achieved; (4) the cladding and the end plug are fully wetted through the molten brazing filler metal; and (5) after the brazing filler metal is solidified, the end plug is connected with the cladding.
