The lower part of the glass tube penetrates through the induction coil and is arranged on the base; the sealing cover is arranged at the upper part of the glass tube; and the glass tube is made of a high-temperature-resistant quartz glass material. And two layers of sealing rings are respectively arranged above and below the glass tube. The convex points of the glass tube are in a regular cross shape. The inner diameter and the length of the glass tube in flexible design are the same, and welding of two sub-assemblies is achieved through replacement of the base and different sizes of convex points of the glass tube.
