Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Al powder cores are prepared according to the equal atomic ratio, and a 308 stainless steel band is selected as an outer skin. Through a double-wire electric arc deposition preparation technology, a powder core wire material is rapidly melted and deposited on the surface of a steel substrate to prepare the FCC + BCC double-phase non-equal-atomic-ratio high-entropy alloy coating, and the corrosion rate of the coating to hydrochloric acid is smaller than 0.01 mm/a and is improved by more than 20 times compared with that of the substrate.
