The pipe bending mechanism comprises a lower pipe bending die mechanism and an upper pressing die mechanism, and the upper pressing die mechanism and the lower pipe bending die mechanism are suitable for pressing a flat pipe; the flat pipe follow-up mechanism comprises a follow-up piece, when the pipe bending mechanism rotates and bends the to-be-bent section, the flat pipe can drive the follow-up piece to move from the first position to the second position in the length direction of the second straight pipe section, the follow-up piece is attached to the to-be-bent section and the second straight pipe section at the first position, and the follow-up piece is attached to the second straight pipe section at the second position. Thus, after the flat pipe is installed on the pipe bending mechanism, the follower is suitable for being limited to one
