Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, in particular to application of polypeptide or a composition thereof in prevention or treatment of cartilage-related diseases. The invention aims at discussing the treatment potential of histone-rich protein-1 in treatment of osteoarthrosis and revealing the potential mechanism of histone-rich protein-1. Through verification, the pathogenicity of the disease is relieved by injecting histone-rich protein-1 into the joint cavity of the rat. The histone-rich protein-1 shows a strong anabolism promoting effect on cartilage cells in an inflammatory environment state by enhancing proliferation, migration and cartilage differentiation and preventing apoptosis. Therefore, the histone-rich protein-1 can greatly relieve the bone joint injury and protect the bone joint structure and function by regulating the anabolism of cartilage cells.
