Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a Pt-based catalyst which is efficient and stable and can be used for electrolyzed water and a fuel cell. The catalyst is used for an oxygen reduction reaction of the electrolyzed water and a fuel cell cathode. The Pt-based catalyst is prepared by taking platinum salt as a Pt source and regulating the size structure of platinum nanoparticles by using organic alkali, inorganic alkali and an alcohol reduction method. The catalyst is used for a fuel cell cathode oxygen reduction reaction in a four-electron transfer manner, and has good catalytic activity in a water electrolysis reaction under full pH. According to the method, the uniformity of platinum nanoparticles is effectively improved, more catalytic active sites are provided for electrocatalytic reaction, and the platinum-based catalyst with high efficiency and long service life is obtained.
