Zusammenfassung:	The pump control electro-hydraulic system comprises a motor pump control unit, a servo motor, a two-way hydraulic pump, a first pressurization oil tank and an actuator cylinder, the motor pump control unit comprises a volume compensation valve, a first position locking valve, a second position locking valve, a first overload safety valve and a second overload safety valve, and the servo motor is connected with the two-way hydraulic pump. Two ports of the two-way hydraulic pump are connected with the first position locking valve and the second position locking valve respectively, the other end of the first position locking valve is communicated with a rodless cavity of the actuator cylinder, the other end of the second position locking valve is communicated with a rod cavity of the actuator cylinder, and the two ends of the volume compensation valve are connected with the first position locking valve and the first pressurization oil tank respectively. The two ends of the first overload safety valve are connect
