The primer pair for amplifying the molecular marker closely linked with the eggplant round fruit gene is technically characterized in that the nucleotide sequence of the primer pair is Sy-1F: 5 '-GGGCTTTAAACATAGTACGTAGCT-3'; and Sy-1R: 5 '-CATTGGGTATGTTCGTGTTGTAGTA-3', and the structural formula is shown in the description.
