Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a multi-sequence microorganism in-situ sampling device applied to full sea depth, which comprises a controller module, a filter disc assembly and a flow control assembly which are integrally designed, and the flow control assembly comprises a docking mechanism and a swing mechanism, the filter disc assembly comprises a rotating disc driven by the slewing mechanism to rotate and a plurality of filter discs mounted on the rotating disc, the filter discs are circumferentially arranged around the rotating axis of the rotating disc, the butt joint mechanism comprises a butt joint and a driving assembly for driving the butt joint to be connected with liquid inlets of the filter discs, and the butt joint directly faces rotating paths of the liquid inlets of the filter discs; the invention further provides a multi-sequence microorganism in-situ sampling method applied to full sea depth.
