Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium-doped lithium iron phosphate material, and belongs to the technical field of lithium ion batteries, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding a lithium source, an iron source, a phosphorus source and a carbon source into deionized water, and uniformly mixing to form a solution A; step 2, dissolving phosphorus-containing titanate in an alcoholic solution, and uniformly mixing to form a solution B; 3, mixing the solution A and the solution B together, carrying out wet ball milling, and drying to obtain a titanium-doped lithium iron phosphate precursor; and step 4, sintering the generated precursor to obtain the titanium-doped lithium iron phosphate material. The phosphorus-containing titanate material is selected for the solid-phase reaction, the obtained material is uniform in dispersion and good in refining degree, the electronic conductivity of the material is improved through titanium doping, and the method is simple i
