Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a composite material, a battery box and an automobile, all layers of structures of the composite material are sequentially laid from outside to inside to form a lower box body of the battery box, the composite material comprises a main body layer and two anti-oxidation coatings, and the main body layer comprises a woven layer formed by weaving carbon fibers and glass fibers in a mixed mode; the two anti-oxidation coatings are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body layer.
