According to the biological characteristics of mandarin fish, the mandarin fish fries are cultured by adopting indoor factory-like circulating water, the water quality can be controlled, and a stable environment is provided for domestication of the mandarin fish fries; the illumination intensity during feeding is set to be 300-800 lux, the habit that the mandarin fish like to ingest in a dim environment is catered, the most suitable ingestion environment is created for the fry, and feeding domestication management of the mandarin fish fry is facilitated; and in combination with a progressive domestication process, the requirements of rapid domestication and improvement of the domestication rate can be met, and large-scale production of the siniperca chuatsi fry is further realized.
