Zusammenfassung:Methods, systems, and kits for determining dissolved oxygen levels within a microfluidic device are provided. Microfluidic devices may be suitable for cell culture. The methods, systems, and kits may also be used to determine oxygen consumption levels in a population of biological micro-objects.
