The embodiment of the invention provides an end cover assembly and an oil cooling motor, the end cover assembly comprises a cover body and a bearing sleeve, the cover body is provided with a cavity and a cover body flow channel, the bottom of the cavity is provided with a recessed open groove extending along the circumferential direction of the cavity, and the open groove is communicated with the cover body flow channel; the bearing sleeve comprises a sleeve body part and a check ring part which is connected with the sleeve body part and protrudes inwards, a bearing chamber is defined by the sleeve body part and the check ring part, and a communicating hole communicated with the bearing chamber is formed in the check ring part; wherein the bearing chamber is provided with a cavity, the bearing is arranged in the cavity in a sleeved mode, the check ring portion abuts against the bottom of the cavity to seal the open groove, the communicating hole is located in the extending path of the open groove to enable th
