Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a collaborative optimization method considering strategy declaration risk and energy storage capacity management. The collaborative optimization method comprises the following steps: formulating a day-ahead/real-time declaration execution strategy set; acquiring historical day-ahead/real-time clearing data and various characteristic values; obtaining a day-ahead/real-time declaration execution curve according to the prediction model; calculating the difference between the day-ahead and real-time declaration execution curves, and dividing the energy storage capacity proportion of the day-ahead and real-time markets; establishing a declaration and execution risk loss model; calculating historical day-ahead and real-time declaration execution curve errors respectively to determine day-ahead and real-time energy storage charge-discharge proportions; establishing a final expected income model; the energy storage execution charging and discharging direction is corrected in real time; perform
