The vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser comprises an N-type conductive reflecting layer, an active layer and a P-type conductive reflecting layer which are sequentially stacked, the vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser is provided with an empty groove, and the empty groove at least penetrates through the P-type conductive reflecting layer in the direction from the P-type conductive reflecting layer to the N-type conductive reflecting layer; the vertical cavity surface emitting laser further comprises a power transmission electrode, at least part of the power transmission electrode is arranged on the side, opposite to the active layer, of the P-type conductive reflecting layer and extends along the groove side wall of the power transmission groove, and the power transmission electrode is electrically connected with the P-type conductive reflecting layer.
