Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cascaded super-structure lens for realizing large-field-of-view imaging in medium-wave infrared, which comprises a first-layer super-structure lens, a substrate and a second-layer super-structure lens which are sequentially arranged from left to right, and is characterized in that the first-layer super-structure lens is used as a correction lens for mainly correcting spherical aberration; the second-layer super-structure lens serves as a focusing lens to focus light of different incidence angles to different points on an image plane, and off-axis aberration can be eliminated by controlling the distance between the first-layer super-structure lens and the second-layer super-structure lens, namely the thickness of the substrate.
