Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for in-situ encapsulation of double enzymes based on hydrophilic hollow layered double hydroxides, and belongs to the field of immobilized enzyme preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) functionalized glucose oxidase (GOX) and horse radish peroxidase (HRP); secondly, jointly incubating the GOX-ssDNA compound, the HRP-ssDNA compound, zinc nitrate and a 2-methylimidazole solution, and preparing a self-sacrifice template of pre-packaged double enzymes; the template is added into a cobalt nitrate solution to be stirred together, and through synchronous template etching and ion co-precipitation on the surface of the template, a layered double-metal hydroxide hollow shell layer is formed to package double enzymes in the interior in a lossless manner, so that the construction of a multi-enzyme in-situ packaging system is realized.
