Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and particularly relates to RdCHS4 protein related to rhododendron delavayi anthocyanin metabolism, a recombinant vector and application of the RdCHS4 protein. The invention provides an RdCHS4 protein related to rhododendron delavayi anthocyanin metabolism. The amino acid sequence of the RdCHS4 protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 4. Results of embodiments show that the RdCHS4 protein provided by the invention can restore cotyledons and hypocotyls of arabidopsis CHS mutant seedlings to purple, and petals of transgenic tobacco plants are deepened in color. Therefore, the RdCHS4 protein provided by the invention can promote the formation of plant anthocyanin.
