The high-temperature-resistant and high-humidity-resistant polycarbonate composite material is prepared by mixing and extruding bisphenol A polycarbonate, silane-treated glass fibers, sulfomethylated lignin, a compatilizer, a flexibilizer, an antioxidant, an anti-ultraviolet agent, a lubricant and other materials. The defects in the prior art are overcome, the high-temperature and high-humidity resistance of the polycarbonate material is effectively improved, and the service life of the polycarbonate material in severe environments such as sunning, raining, freezing and ultraviolet radiation can be prolonged. 本发明提供一种耐高温高湿聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备方法,涉及PC复合材料加工技术领域。所述耐高温高湿聚碳酸酯复合材料采用双酚A型聚碳酸酯、硅烷处理后的玻璃纤维、磺甲基化木质素、相容剂、增韧剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外剂、润滑剂等材料进行混料挤出制得。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,有效提升聚碳酸酯材料耐高温高湿性,能够提升其在晒、雨淋、冷冻、紫外光辐射等恶劣环境中的使用寿命。
