Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel antibacterial peptide based on MCR-1 protein and application of the novel antibacterial peptide. The sequence of the antibacterial peptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 or SEQ ID NO. 2. The synthetic length of the antibacterial peptide is short, the production cost can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the immunogenicity and cytotoxicity of the antibacterial peptide can be effectively reduced. Experiments also prove that the two small molecule peptides can be combined with and destroy bacterial cell membranes to play a role, and have broad-spectrum antibacterial activity in vivo and in vitro. The antibacterial oligopeptide provided by the invention can act synergistically with colistin, significantly improves the antibacterial activity of colistin, can be used in combination, and provides a new therapeutic scheme for treatment of colistin drug-resistant bacterial infection.
