The composite modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-500 parts of biochar and 169-435 parts of slow-release formula fertilizer, 250 to 300 parts of organic fertilizer; 50 to 80 parts of a microbial agent; the slow-release formula fertilizer comprises 88-182 parts of nitrogen fertilizer based on the dosage of N; the phosphate fertilizer is 31-68 parts by using P2O5, and the potash fertilizer is 50-185 parts by using K2O.
