Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses 120-hour super-slow setting waste-based sprayed concrete and a preparation process thereof, and the 120-hour super-slow setting waste-based sprayed concrete is prepared from the following raw materials by taking cement as a standard: 100% of cement, 400% of earth and stone waste, 15%-30% of fly ash, 42-49% of mixing water, 2%-4% of a compound retarder, 5%-8% of an accelerator, 0.015%-0.025% of an air entraining agent, 1.5%-2.5% of an early strength agent and 0.075%-0.125% of a defoaming agent. The compound retarder is prepared by compounding a polycarboxylic acid water-reducing mother solution, a polycarboxylic acid slump retaining mother solution, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium gluconate and water according to a certain proportion, and the compound retarder simultaneously contains inorganic matters and organic matters, so that the hydration of cement is jointly prevented, and the effect is remarkable.
